“The Small Changes That Change Everything”.

Pretty much everyone on the planet wants to build better habits — both personal and professional.
However, change is hard. There’s a painful gap between expectations and reality most of the time.
That’s where Tiny Habits comes in. It grew out of designing business solutions which underpin successful products that millions of people now use daily.

Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg

BJ Fogg has created a set of models and methods for Behavior Design.

In order to design successful habits and change your behaviors, you should do three things:

  • Stop judging yourself. Enjoy the change and have fun.

  • Take your aspirations and break them down into tiny behaviors.

  • Embrace mistakes as discoveries and use them to move forward.

This interactive workshop presented by our CEO, Christian Gihr, answered the question of how we could integrate Tiny Habits into our company applying Behavior Design to a common aspirational goal.

Participants engaged in fruitful discussion, which went significantly over the envisioned expectations depicting sparked interest and relevance of inputs. It gave us a new energy in using these insights in our business strategy to make more calculated decisions. It was true pleasure.
